A.D.E.L. Slovakia, the partner of the #GoodGovernanceSport project, has organized 2 events of development on 25 June 2020. Events in 2 different fascia orarias were organized in the case of Covid19 to record the concentration of the selected staff number in a room. All teams, 20 representatives of sports federations, sports clubs, communities and teachers of physical education are part of events.
The results and activities of the project are presented and are conditional on the information provided by the Erasmus + Sport program, the possibility of receiving additional funding and examples of our precedent projects. They are the most interesting conversations of arguments and also cooperation and future future plans in this field.
The #GoodGovernanceSport project is coordinated by the Bulgarian association for sport development. #GoodGovernanceSport - 590305-EPP-1-2017-1-BG-SPO-SCP / ed is co-financed by Erasmus + Sport of the European Commission / Strategic Partnerships in Sport / Partnership of 7 countries, lasting 30 months, from 01/01/2018. The #GoodGovernanceSport project aims to develop a mode of analysis, research and promotion of good practices in terms of the visibility of pre- and prese decision-making, responsible bodies and transparency of sports organizations in Europe and more than one partner. The project includes training for young sports leaders in Italy, which will take place until the first of 2019, and the training of representatives of sports organizations provided for the second of 2019 in Hungary. The Good Governance in Sport project will also provide an opportunity for training in the line of parties interested in the field of sport, non-practical practice with guidance to improve the processes of sports organizations.
Sealing points of the reporting report:
• Some 80% of sports organizations analyzed can be considered "social media friendly" and have a clear link to the web and social media channels used for communication of messages and messages.
• 44.6% of sports structures have been published in strategic documents such as vision, strategy, objectives and other milestones on the web site.
• The 62.5% of sports organizations analyzed are not published in the values of the organization of the organization on the website. At the national level, only 25% of the organizations have a guarantee that these files are available online.
• 76.8% of the websites analyzed include the member of the membership of the public audit.
• Only 48.2% of the organization analyzed developed policy and initiative in the field of security and protection, inclusion and anti-discrimination on web pages and more than the web of these sites were not analyzed in the policy area.
• 71.4% of all organizations analyzed have been published on the website's own Statute or other basic document regulating the operation of the organization as an indicator of transparency and government approval.
• A separate report for the publication of decisions and reports on the management of the organization is available at 50% of the organizations analyzed and the number of web pages of another 50% of the sports structures analyzed.
; . 42.9% of all organizations analyzed have relevant information and are available with traceability.
• The information received in general and only 37.5% of all the organizations analyzed were analyzed, while 62.5% of the sports structures analyzed were published on the website in a regular way or the addition was not made.
• Almost 70% of sports organizations analyzed are not published in any document of management - verbal or conclusion meetings.
• 83.9% of sports organizations are fully analyzed and published at the request of the administration / administration councils.
• The data for the biographical background of the members of the council are available in 33.9% of the web sites analyzed and in 66.1% of the portals.
• The formative and professional approach of members of the Council to all current positions in the sports organization analyzed is available only in 13 of the country, which is 23.2%, and in 43 organizations, 76.8% of all sports federations analyzed.
• Only 9 organizations (16.1%) have been able to consider the publication of the responsibility for the responsibility of management and 83.9% have not included this division in the website.
• Only 8 organizations have previously published information on participation / functions, including a member of the board in other institutions, accounting for 14.3% of all organizations analyzed and in 48 of the instruments analyzed in this form, not available. 7% of sports organizations that result with data on this indicator.
• 70% of sports organizations analyzed have been developed by support / control bodies and information on these structures and their activities are available on public portals.
• 64.3% of the organizations analyzed do not publish published information on the process and the mandate for the modification of the management of the Council.
• The publication of financial provisions is estimated not to be published in the 12 portals of the organizations analyzed, which accounted for 21.4%. Some 80% of organizations (78.6%) did not publish this date.
• 75% of public platforms analyzed by national and European sports organizations do not include the annual report. The annual report for each year of the organization's existence is only available for 4 sports organizations, representing 7.1% of all 56 federations analyzed.
• 21.4% of all organizations analyzed guarantee the availability of information on the various funding sources that cost the budget, while 78.6% of organizations do not publish documents that ensure the traceability of these data.
The full report will provide major information on the details of the implemented research and various information that will be good in sport. The team of the project believes that the research is carried out for the promotion of public portals of organizations legally involved in sport and contributes to the general promotion of governance processes in the sport sector.
